Description
Jalosome® Oral Barrier
For treating painful symptoms of mouth ulcers, blisters, and inflammation. Symptoms might include ulcers and/or blood blisters inside your mouth and sometimes on your tongue or lips, bad breath, a sore and/or painful mouth which may make eating, drinking or talking difficult.

Jalosome® Oral Barrier is for the management of oral mucositis and associated pain and irritation of the mouth. The gel forms a protective barrier on the mouth lining (oral mucosa) which helps protect from radiotherapy and promotes healing.
Active ingredients:
- Panthenol – highly moisturising and reduces inflammation and pain
- Aloe Vera gel – soothes painful symptoms whilst creating a protective barrier
- Althaea – creates a protective barrier and helps reduce irritation
- Hyaluronic acid – stimulates skin healing
How to use Jalosome® Oral Barrier:
- Wash hands thoroughly
- Use the product when needed, up to 3 times a day
- Apply the full gel content inside the mouth
- Ensure the inside of mouth (palate, tongue, inside cheek and surrounding area) are evenly covered
- Discard any excess from the mouth as needed
- Avoid eating, drinking or using a mouthwash for 30 minutes after use

Indications
- Oral mucositis (dry mouth, sore mouth, ulcers, oral thrush) caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy
- Recurring small ulcers in the mouth, inside the lips, cheeks, or tongue
- Surgical interventions of the mouth
- Difficult dental extractions
- Oral implantology
- Traumatic ulcers from prostheses and orthodontic interventions
Contra Indications
There
are no known product-specific contraindications. If an allergy to the components is known, avoid
using the product.
